When will my pre-order be charged and dispatched?
Pre-orders are scheduled to dispatch 24–48 hours prior to official release day so you receive them on launch date. We reserve card authorization upon purchase.
How do you pack sealed boxes to prevent damage?
As collectors ourselves, we double-box all booster cases, apply thick bubble wrap around Elite Trainer Boxes, and use specialized edge protectors to eliminate corner dings.
Can I pick up my order directly at the Korsør store?
Yes! Simply select "Local Pickup (Korsør)" during checkout. You will receive an SMS and email notification once your items are assembled and ready.
Do you buy raw cards, PSA slabs, or sealed collections?
Yes, we actively buy Near Mint Pokémon singles, One Piece manga rares, Lorcana enchanted cards, and PSA graded slabs. Contact us with clear pictures for trade or cash offers.
What are your shipping rates and delivery times?
Standard delivery across Denmark takes 1–2 business days via GLS or PostNord. We offer tracked package delivery starting from 39 kr., with Free Shipping on all orders over 1.500 kr.
